Ghosts and ghouls of the manor, we did it!
As of yesterday all 5,338 pledges of Doomensions have been packed, labelled, thoroughly haunted, and shipped off to each of you. It's taken a monumental amount of effort from all folks on our small team, and a whole lot of understanding and support from each of you.
We want to thank you again for supporting us throughout this ambitious project. We are extremely proud of how it all came together, this project ended up being a labour of love for our small team. We truly appreciate your patience and hope that you find Doomensions worth the wait!
As a reminder, our expected shipping time frames from our Toronto warehouse are as follows:
These timelines are estimates only and given the time of year we do know there can be delays. We ask that you wait 21 business days from receiving your shipping notification before reaching out to our team about a missing or lost package - you can connect with us directly at [email protected].
We couldn't be more excited for you all to experience the manor itself. In fact, we've been told the manor has already received some new visitors. Some more festive than others...

We're anxiously waiting to hear more from all of you now that you will all soon have a chance to venture into the manor. Your feedback will help drive us into the new year and into exciting new projects and games. Dear faithful and eager investigators,
First of all... A HUGE thank you for all of your patience these past two weeks!
Now, for some excellent news: Fulfillment is nearly complete.
It's been a mammoth of an endeavour getting over 6,000 copies of this game shipped around the world, especially at the busiest time of the year. But your kind messages and words of encouragement have kept us going all this time. We couldn't be more appreciative of what a wonderful community you all are - so thank you!
Our team has reached the last few pages of names and addresses. While we avoided doing things in alphabetical order so our friends with late letter surnames didn't get shafted as per usual there was no way to avoid there would be some sort of last group of you. So if you find yourselves amongst those still waiting for your shipment notification we just wanted to say an extra thank you for your patience. It's coming, we promise.
Our team estimates shipment of all Kickstarter pledges will be finished by the end of this week.
Once we've confirmed every copy of Doomensions that was backed via Kickstarter has been shipped out, we'll next begin sending the general retail copies. These are the copies available via our website, so if you know of anyone who missed out on backing the Kickstarter but still wants to play, they'll be able to purchase a copy here.
This update wouldn't be complete without sharing some photos we took last week of Doomensions in all it's spooky glory. We're excited to be able to share these with you - and once your copy arrives, if you have any to share with us, please do! We're @mysteriouspackageco on the socials.
Your feedback is quite literally gold to us. It's not enough to just make a game and send it out into the world, we want to hear from the players! Feedback helps inform our next projects, deciding which ideas get pushed through for development and which are left on the cutting room floor.

Since this is the last update we expect to post before every one of you has their copy of Doomensions in hand, we wanted to take a moment to again, thank you wholeheartedly for all of your support. We really couldn't have done this whole Kickstarter thing without you.
This has been our first Kickstarter of this scale, and everything we've done at each step (yes, even and especially the times we made mistakes) has been an important lesson for us we'll carry forward to our next Kickstarter. We want to keep on making fun games for you and your friends to play, but we can't do it without the support of each and every one of you (yes, we mean you!!).

We're super excited to announce, and some of you may have noticed, fulfillment for Doomensions: Pop-Up Mystery Manor is underway!
Doomensions is currently being fulfilled in batches. We've been packing and shipping them out round the clock since last week and will continue through this week. We suspect that all copies of Doomensions will be out the door this week or early next. How exciting!
We're doing it in batches mainly because we're a small team, but also because there are a lot of logistics for us to sort through for different pledge tier types, regions to fulfill to, and mailing companies to liaise with. For this reason, some folks may receive their copy earlier than others, we appreciate your continued patience with us a little longer!
As for VIP backers, we appreciate your patience on this home stretch. Rest assured, you have not been forgotten. We have your Doomensions stacked in the darkest and most ominous corner of the warehouse as we do some light assembly work on your VIP kits. These will begin shipping this week.

We have some exciting news for you on the Kickstarter front: Doomensions has officially arrived in Toronto and is on track to land in our warehouse early next week once it has cleared Customs today. That means we're all hands on deck gearing up for fulfilment to start at the end of next week.
All that's left for us to do now is clear those decks and make some space so we can start packing up all 5,338 of your packages next week. Here's to shifting boxes to make way for even more boxes (but the fun, filled-with-ghosts kind). Please be patient with us, this will take a while to fulfill all of these.
The wait is almost over, and we're thrilled to be so close to getting the game in your hands. It's been a journey, and we appreciate you sticking with us along the way.
