It's that time of the week, puzzle people!

With this new update comes a new audio clip for you to solve 🎧💤

This time we've uncovered an old lecture by The Professor, recorded for posterity. It might serve you well for your upcoming investigation into the old Mystery Manor.

But something seems a little unusual about this clip... 

What is this exactly?

Well, every few updates we'll be dropping a little audio puzzle which, when solved, will give you a single-digit number. At the end of the campaign, string all those numbers together and you'll discover a code to add a very special, exclusive prize onto your pledge!

This is the second puzzle we've released so far. If you missed the first one, head back to this update to catch up. 

Most importantly, let us know if you've solved the puzzle in the comments! Though be sure not to spoil it for your fellow ghost hunters.

Since launch, we've understandably had a lot of questions about shipping, so we'll have an update to share with you on that early next week!

Almost one week down and we're already halfway through our second batch of stretch goals! This means that your pledge will not only include a notepad to keep tabs on your presumptions, deductions and conclusions... But also a magnifying glass to get up close to the Manor. After all, the key to solving Doomensions: Mystery Manor will all be in the details! 🔎

A Challenge to be Solved... And Stretch Goals Unlocked! 🔎

Ghosts & Ghouls of the Manor,

Since yesterday we've unlocked not one, but our first four stretch goals! 🎉

Wow! We never expected to hit these goals so fast; we're so thrilled with all your support. Thank you!

This means that our next step is to upgrade the finishes all across Doomensions: Mystery Manor to include textured and embossed materials. This covers all the materials in the game, meaning your whole game will be a higher and more durable quality. Except for the ghosts of course, sadly ghosts don't have a corporeal form!

All backers will also receive a Doomensions branded pencil with their pledge AND last but not least, we'll be including professionally narrated intros and outros in the experience.

To celebrate hitting our goal so quickly, we're kicking off a campaign-long audio puzzle to Doomensions: Mystery Manor to reward our backers and provide some (non-crucial) worldbuilding to the experience.

Once every few days we'll drop a new audio recording here in the Kickstarter updates from The Professor, a key character in the game. These recordings will introduce the world, the mystery, and the story behind Doomensions.

Your challenge is this:

  We are beyond overwhelmed at the support we've received so far, and being 100% funded means that Doomensions: Mystery Manor will officially be going ahead! We couldn't have done it without you.

  But the adventure doesn't stop there. One goal down, many stretch goals still to come. Each new stretch goal unlocked will shape what Doomensions becomes, and we're very excited to be on this journey with you.
